Teoru is committed to building a marketplace centered on quality, transparency, and commercial readiness.

Every product submitted to the Platform undergoes a structured review process before it becomes publicly available.

Verification is a quality-control and compliance screening process. It is not a legal certification or guarantee of non-infringement.

1. PURPOSE OF VERIFICATION

The Verification Process is designed to:

• Promote commercial-quality digital products
• Reduce low-effort or incomplete submissions
• Screen for obvious intellectual property risks
• Enforce AI content refinement standards
• Maintain marketplace trust

Verification improves platform integrity but does not transfer legal responsibility from creators to Teoru.

2. WHAT WE REVIEW

During submission review, Teoru may evaluate:

2.1 Product Completeness

• Are all promised files included?
• Is the product functional?
• Does it match its listing description?
• Is documentation included where appropriate?

2.2 Commercial Usability

• Is the asset structured for real-world use?
• Is the packaging professional?
• Does the listing clearly explain what the buyer receives?
• Does the product meet marketplace quality expectations?

2.3 Intellectual Property Signals

We may screen for:

• Obvious third-party trademark use
• Recognizable copyrighted material
• Misleading ownership claims
• Clear signs of plagiarism

However:

Teoru does not conduct formal legal IP clearance.

Creators remain fully responsible for ensuring their products do not infringe third-party

2.4 AI Disclosure & Refinement Review

Where applicable, creators must disclose whether artificial intelligence tools were used in the creation of an asset.

Teoru permits AI-assisted creation. However:

• Raw AI exports are not permitted
• Bulk unrefined outputs are not permitted
• Prompt dumps are not permitted
• Unedited AI artifacts are not permitted

During review, we evaluate whether:

• AI-generated components were meaningfully refined
• The product demonstrates structural completeness
• The asset is commercially usable
• The listing accurately represents AI involvement

Verification approval does not remove the creator’s legal responsibility.

2.5 Pricing Integrity

Teoru may review pricing to ensure:

• The listing meets the platform minimum price requirement
• Pricing is not misleading or manipulative
• The asset reflects meaningful commercial value

Teoru reserves the right to reject listings that undermine marketplace integrity.

3. REVIEW OUTCOMES

After submission review, a product may be:

• Approved
• Approved with requested changes
• Rejected with explanation
• Temporarily held for further review

Teoru reserves sole discretion in approval decisions.

4. ONGOING MONITORING

Verification is not a one-time event.

Teoru may:

• Re-review listings
• Remove products post-approval
• Suspend accounts
• Investigate complaints
• Act upon DMCA notices

Approval does not guarantee permanent listing status.

5. LIMITATIONS OF VERIFICATION

Verification does not mean:

• Legal certification of originality
• Guarantee of uniqueness
• Guarantee against future disputes
• Legal advice to buyers or creators

Creators remain solely responsible for:

• Intellectual property compliance
• Licensing rights
• Legal defensibility of their products

6. REPORTING CONCERNS
