TEORU SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Teoru is a verification-first marketplace built around quality, originality, and commercial readiness.
These Submission Guidelines explain what creators may upload and what may be rejected.
These guidelines supplement the Vendor Terms & Conditions and Verification Process.
1. Core Standard
All submissions must be:
- Original or legally authorized
- Commercially usable
- Structurally complete
- Professionally presented
- Truthfully described
Teoru is not an open dump marketplace. Low-effort uploads may be rejected.
2. AI Content Policy
Teoru allows AI-assisted products but not raw AI outputs.
Allowed AI Content
AI-assisted products that demonstrate:
- Human refinement
- Structural enhancement
- Commercial usability
- Design consistency
- Functional packaging
- Documentation included
Examples of Acceptable Submissions:
- AI-assisted brand kit refined in Illustrator
- AI-generated landing copy rewritten and professionally structured
- AI image edited, layered, and packaged into a full design system
- AI-generated concept expanded into a complete, usable template
AI is a tool not the final product.
Not Allowed
- Raw ChatGPT exports sold as “templates”
- Unedited Midjourney image batches zipped and uploaded
- Prompt dumps without applied structure
- AI-generated content without refinement
- Low-effort AI artifacts or filler content
- Mass-produced AI spam
Teoru favors refined execution over automation volume.
3. Commercial Viability Standard
Products must provide meaningful value.
Submissions may be rejected if they:
- Lack sufficient depth
- Appear rushed or incomplete
- Provide minimal customization options
- Do not meet baseline professional standards
- Offer trivial content packaged as premium
Teoru reserves discretion in determining professional adequacy.
4. Minimum Asset Requirements (By Product Type)
The following represent baseline structural expectations.
Sales Deck Templates
- Minimum 15 professionally designed slides
- Editable source file included
- Consistent typography and color system
- Usage documentation included
Complete Brand Kits
- Primary logo + secondary variation + icon mark
- Color palette (HEX/RGB values included)
- Typography pairing and usage guidance
- Brand usage documentation (minimum 5 pages recommended)
Marketing Funnel Templates
- Landing page layout
- Email sequence templates (minimum 3 emails)
- Ad creative template
- Implementation documentation
Agency Systems
- Client onboarding template
- Scope of Work template
- Reporting framework
- Workflow documentation
5. File Packaging Requirements
All products must:
- Include organized file structure
- Contain clearly named folders
- Include a usage or implementation guide
- Deliver all promised assets
Missing documentation may result in rejection.
6. Pricing Integrity
Creators set their base price.
However:
- Listings must reflect meaningful commercial value
- Underpriced or exploitative listings may be rejected
- Excessively inflated pricing without value may be rejected
Teoru reserves the right to maintain pricing standards to protect marketplace integrity.
7. Grounds for Rejection
Submissions may be rejected if they:
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Fail quality standards
- Contain misleading descriptions
- Lack refinement
- Appear to be raw AI exports
- Duplicate existing marketplace content
- Contain malware or hidden code
Repeated violations may result in account restriction.
8. Enforcement
Teoru may:
- Request revisions
- Reject submissions
- Remove listings post-approval
- Suspend creator privileges
Approval does not constitute permanent immunity from review.
9. Evolving Standards
Teoru's submission standards may evolve as:
- Platform scale increases
- Abuse patterns change
- Technology develops
- Legal standards evolve
Creators are responsible for staying informed of updates.
