Effective Date: December 23, 2025
Last Updated: February 23, 2026

Teoru is a verification-first marketplace built around quality, originality, and commercial readiness.

These Submission Guidelines explain what creators may upload and what may be rejected.

These guidelines supplement the Vendor Terms & Conditions and Verification Process.

1. Core Standard

All submissions must be:

  • Original or legally authorized
  • Commercially usable
  • Structurally complete
  • Professionally presented
  • Truthfully described

Teoru is not an open dump marketplace. Low-effort uploads may be rejected.

2. AI Content Policy

Teoru allows AI-assisted products but not raw AI outputs.

Allowed AI Content

AI-assisted products that demonstrate:

  • Human refinement
  • Structural enhancement
  • Commercial usability
  • Design consistency
  • Functional packaging
  • Documentation included

Examples of Acceptable Submissions:

  • AI-assisted brand kit refined in Illustrator
  • AI-generated landing copy rewritten and professionally structured
  • AI image edited, layered, and packaged into a full design system
  • AI-generated concept expanded into a complete, usable template

AI is a tool not the final product.

Not Allowed

  • Unedited Midjourney image batches zipped and uploaded
  • Prompt dumps without applied structure
  • AI-generated content without refinement
  • Low-effort AI artifacts or filler content

Creators set their base price.

However:

  • Listings must reflect meaningful commercial value
  • Underpriced or exploitative listings may be rejected

Teoru reserves the right to maintain pricing standards to protect marketplace integrity.
